Cancellation Policy

DWJ Ministries Booking Policy For Online Calls, Consultations & Ministry Sessions Thank you for scheduling time with DWJ Ministries. Each session is prayerfully prepared to honor your journey, respect your time, and create space for the Holy Spirit to lead. To keep everything running smoothly, please review the booking guidelines below. 1. Scheduling All online calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the call link. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling can be done through your confirmation email or by contacting us directly through the site’s contact form. 3. Cancellations Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable. 4. Late Arrivals There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the session is considered a no-show and the appointment is forfeited. If you anticipate being late, please message us beforehand. 5. Refund Policy Because appointments reserve dedicated time and preparation: No refunds are issued for missed or late-cancelled sessions. Refunds are only available if DWJ Ministries must cancel due to an emergency. 6. Session Etiquette To honor the anointing and the flow of the session: Join in a quiet, distraction-free environment. Have your notebook, Bible, or materials ready if applicable. Please avoid driving during the session. Be present and prepared for God to speak and move. 7. Ministry Disclaimer DWJ Ministries provides faith-based guidance, biblical counsel, and practical wisdom. We do not offer licensed therapy, legal advice, or medical services. If you require those services, please seek the appropriate professional support alongside your spiritual development. 8. Confidentiality Everything shared during your session is held in strict confidence unless harm, danger, or legal requirements arise. Your story is respected and protected. 9. Sliding Scale / Sponsored Sessions If you require financial assistance, please inquire about: Sponsored sessions through By Women 4 Women Foundation, or Our sliding-scale options (based on availability). 10. Agreement By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above policies.
